# SUIVI #1684 — hors ERP exclus de l'alerte projet

Marqueur unique : `programmes.statut = hors_erp` (`Programme::STATUT_HORS_ERP`).
`sqlSansProjet` réutilise `sqlEstDansErp()`. Cartes société, compte et classe inchangées.
Colonne projet : mention grise « Hors ERP », pas de fond rouge. Bouton de création #1681 inchangé.

## DÉPLOIEMENT

git pull, optimize:clear, view:clear, journal:sync. Pas de migration.

## LEÇON

Une seule méthode SQL pour « dans l'ERP ». Ne pas recopier `statut <> hors_erp` dans chaque alerte.
